Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and file storage (servers located in Japan)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): Push notification delivery
• Amazon SES: Email delivery service

International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored on servers located in Japan (AWS Tokyo region). Some data may be processed by third-party services in other countries. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

資料保留

We retain your personal information according to the following schedule:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request to allow for recovery.
• Messages: Retained while your account is active. Deleted when you delete your account.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@sampo.ltd. We will process your request within 30 days.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. This applies to all users regardless of location.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, secure password hashing, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100%% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
